Cooperative Departments<\/h2>\n

Agencies and ministries of The Nehemiah Project shall work in a spirit of\u00a0cooperative fellowship towards other ministries and agencies both in and outside\u00a0of the Nehemiah Project<\/p>\n

Strategic Planning<\/h2>\n

While action and achievement are the ultimate objectives of The Nehemiah\u00a0Project, strategic planning processes, using data sources, statistics and human\u00a0resources, are indispensable to produce these desired outcomes.<\/p>\n

Accountability<\/h2>\n

All the activities and personnel of The Nehemiah Project shall be open to the\u00a0scrutiny of the Board of Directors and shall be judged to be ethical and effective\u00a0in their endeavors<\/p>\n

Functional Structures<\/h2>\n

The Nehemiah Project shall not be unnecessarily encumbered by processes an\u00a0 immediate response to critical and emergent needs.<\/p>\n

Evaluation<\/h2>\n

The evaluation of the Nehemiah Project’s goals is critical to determine the\u00a0effectiveness of its various ministries therefore The Nehemiah Project’s goals\u00a0shall be both measurable and attainable.<\/p>\n

Faith<\/h2>\n

The Nehemiah Project is a faith-based organization that embraces the Christian responsibility to care for those in need and suffering as well as making a positive contribution to communities and neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

Compassion<\/h2>\n

As The Nehemiah Project faces challenges and opportunities inherent in\u00a0community revitalization it will be guided by a spirit of Christ-like compassion.<\/p>\n

Partnerships<\/h2>\n

The Nehemiah Project values strategic partnerships with\u00a0academia, business, government, church and community organizations as well\u00a0as individuals to collectively and creatively find solutions to revitalize designated\u00a0communities.<\/p>\n

Community<\/h2>\n

The Nehemiah Project embraces the full involvement of residents within designated neighborhoods in the revitalization process. Residents are valued as partners and will be incorporated into the processes of specific projects.<\/p>\n

Empowerment<\/h2>\n
